A quick wildlife getaway

Drive from Nairobi to Nakuru for about 3 hours. Arrive in time for lunch, check in and relax. You will leave for the afternoon game drive to explore Lake Nakuru National park and you can end up spotting all the big five on the first day. Return to the accommodation for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, start the journey to Masai Mara. You will arrive there in time for lunch. Check in, freshen up and relax in the accommodation. A masai interaction will be arranged for a taste of their culture through singing and dancing. The day is spent at leisure to fully relax from all the driving.

Have an early morning to explore the reserve and possibly witnesss an early morning hunt. You will witness the beautiful sunrise as well. Masai Mara is known for its high number of animals. Once the sun starts to get a bit hot, you will then return to the accommodation to relax and wait for it to go down. In the evening, return for a short game drive and witness the african sunset as it shines a golden glow all over the mara. Dinner and overnight will be served as you relax.

You have an opportunity to see the Masai Mara from a birds eye perspective. About an hour of flying over the reserve gives you one of the best views of the wildlife. Upon landing, you will have a bush breakfast and transfer back to the hotel to freshen up and check out. Transfer to the airstrip to catch your light flight back to Nairobi which takes about an hour and saves you a lot of time compared to road transfer.
